Terms and Conditions

 Ordering Details :

1) Please take down the item code and send an email to princessgrove@gmail.com including the following details to place an order:-                       
           
            Name
            Mailing Address 
            Contact Number (Optional)
            Product Name
            Quantity
            Payment Method (Internet Banking or ATM transfer)  
            Postage Preference (Normal Post/Registered Post/Meet Up*)
           
2) Next, we will send you an acknowledgement email stating the total price as well as our bank account details for payment.  If you do not receive the email, please check your junk folder. The email might be in there. 

3) Lastly, transfer the money into our bank account and inform us through our email at princessgrove@gmail.com after you have made payment.  Please furnish us with the transaction reference number for internet banking.  We will then email you a confirmation email and the transaction is then completed.  Email will indicate when the products will be mailed out. (Usually within 3 working days, unless stated otherwise)


Please read terms and conditions before placing an order.

1. All prices indicated are in SGD dollars.

2. All orders are postage inclusive for local postage.

3. For registered mail request, please indicate in the email and there will be an additional charge of $2.30 on top of the purchases. We highly recommend buyers to opt for registered mail to prevent any unwanted loss of items during delivery. Princess Grove will not be responsible for any packages lost in transition or any items damaged during the mailing process

4. Princess grove assures that all items will be reviewed to be in good condition and quality before sending out, thus no refund or exchange is allowed. On top of that, all purchases will be wrap in bubble wrap and another plastic pocket (sealed) before sending out.

5. All goods sold are given a warranty of 2 weeks. In the event, the parts are spoil within 2 weeks,we will repair it for free. This warranty does not cover any actual items which is lost or spoiled. (Example: crystals, beads, pearls and clay objects). After which repair will be charged accordingly. Repair for actual items will be subjected to stock availability. The warranty does not cover all designs, kindly looked for the warranty details below the image to determined if the item is under warranty.

6. Please understand that there may be a slight variation in color between the actual item and that shown in the photo due to lighting effects thus there will be no exchanges allowed on the basis of color differences.


7. *Meet ups are subjected to the MRT charges which are to be paid by the buyer depending on which MRT station meet up. (This includes the travelling fee to and fro to the station, unless stated otherwise)

8. We will hold the item for 48hrs after the acknowledgement email is sent. If payment is not made within 48hrs, we will release the items to other interested buyers.

9. Princess Grove reserves the right to amend the above terms & conditions without prior notice.
